The SVA and your Burlington I have put this page together after looking into the SVA test before I bought my Burlington Berretta. The test has sent the fear of god up some people but looking at the book from the DVLA most of it is common sense. The book is available from the DVLA for a charge but its worth its weight in gold as you don't want to complete your car only to find something needs to be changed.(a second respray can be quite expensive). Engine The table below shows the emissons standards for sva
Glass All safety glass must conform to one of the following standards
Windscreen Apart from having the above numbers you should note the following:- 1. The Marina dual system has the benefit of a brake servo as well) All clutch & brake pedals must have pedal rubbers fitted General points Sharp edges must be covered or have a raduis of no more than 3.2 mm curvature on the interior of the car and 2.5mm curvature on the exterior of the car There is a lot more information in the book which you can buy from your local test centre or through DVLA.
